Awesome experience at this dealership. We bought our car here with no problems at a competitive pricing with no surprises or hidden fees. Our Sales consultant Mr. Marwan (Assistant Mgr.) and his Manager Mr. Khan were amazing throughout the process and took care of every detail with the car that we a...sked to be taken care of. Second purchase from this auto group. Both transactions have been excellent. Bought wife a BMW this past Saturday. I came in to purchase a 2022 Tesla model y performance. Mr. Ken Johnson, which is the first person I seen when I walked in he assisted me right away. We test drove the vehicle and then started the process. Originally I was denied for the vehicle, but he made a phone call and said I think I can assis...t you with how good your credit score is. I had a two minute phone call and just like that I was approved. I would also like to give a huge appreciation to Carlos Dominguez for showing me how to connect the Tesla to my phone, and showing me how to work it with this being my first Tesla he’s a very knowledgeable guy. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned luxury vehicle from OttoSource in Dallas, Texas, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. After making an online inquiry, I received a prompt call from Zak, a salesman who was incredibly informative, friendly and wasn't pushy with... upsells. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle I was interested in wasn't on the lot. However, Zak, Mehdi (the GM), and I took a field trip to retrieve the truck from the owner, who had taken it out over the weekend. This was a compliment to my taste, as the owner, with access to countless luxury vehicles, chose the very one I was interested in to take out. The drive back with Zak and Mehdi was enjoyable, giving us time to discuss the truck and their history with the dealership, which made me feel confident about doing business with them. Once we returned, I took the truck for a test drive and felt like I was on top of the world. Since purchasing it, I've received compliments everywhere I go. When it came time to discuss the contract, Mehdi was involved and managed to get the price down even lower than advertised, including some optional warranties. They also offered me more than I expected for my trade-in. After agreeing on the price, Mina, who was super friendly, helped me with the down payment process. The atmosphere at OttoSource is fantastic. Everyone is well-dressed, friendly, and genuinely happy to be there. The dealership itself is beautiful and filled with dream cars, including the truck I bought. Overall, this has been the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend OttoSource to anyone looking for a quality vehicle. Show more
