I was looking for a newer vehicle for my wife and found this dealer online with a nice selection at the best prices. So I sent a email and received quick responses back from ( Mike the salesman) on the vehicle we were interested in. This was our first vehicle bought out of state , but we drove 8 hrs... to Dallas , Tx to look at it. We test drove the land rover and decided it wasn't for us, because we travel a lot . So we test drove a 2011 BMW X5 and decided it fit our needs, but it through a check engine fault during the test drive. The dealer sent it to BMW place at no cost to us and agreed to have it shipped to our home address at no cost to us. The owner even drove the truck home to verify repairs were made correctly and wouldn't happen again. These people really want you satisfied with your vehicle you select. We received the vehicle in our home town a week later in excellent condition. My wife and I are pleased with everything this dealer done for us and will be using them in the future. Bought a used car here -- they were pretty upfront about the process, extremely polite and good about getting back to people. They don't negotiate for that long -- pretty fixated on their prices, but were polite and nice about it. We agreed on some repairs, they worked hard to get the financing done... at a good rate, I came back and signed the paperwork and they'd done exactly as they said they would. Great experience. I live in Houston and found the car I was looking for at their location in Dallas. The employee I dealt with went through the process with me over the phone. He did not try to haggle with me or hard-sell me (which was a relief). He ended up driving halfway to Houston to meet me with the car. Drove 3 hours to pick up car - so relied on their finance director to be honest about the car. The car was exactly as he indicated and I was back on the road in 45 minutes. It was clearly a positive experience.

Purchased a car from them and had her shipped here to Las Vegas!!! A seamless experience!!! J and Chris are extremely polite and professional and truley care about you as a customer, which is pretty rare now a days. Vehicle arrived quicker than expected and 100% as advertised. Thanks again guys!!!

I have to say that the whole process was refreshing, from start to finish. From the time I called to inquire about a certain vehicle to the time we drove it home with smiles on our faces, we were more than pleased. I personally don't like being tracked down by car salesmen with phone calls after I'v...e looked at a potential vehicle. I love Ottosource's ethic concerning this - no pressure to buy and no follow-up calls during dinner. I admit, I did have a little anxiety about purchasing a used vehicle but the whole inventory, and the inspection process they go through, is marked by excellence. After asking my salesman (Jafet!) question after question about any potential problems my car may have with 83k miles on it, he knew it was road ready and was confident about it. I didn't feel the need to take it for a pre-sale inspection at my mechanic. I had peace of mind!a Show more

From the moment I called and inquired about our car, my salesman was courteous, professional... and just different from your average car salesman. I love OttoSource's ethics in that there is no pressure to buy and they don't make follow-up calls during dinner. The facility was impressive... both in ...inventory and cleanliness. My biggest take-away from my experience at OttoSource was how my 'used-car apprehension' subsided when I saw the inspection process a car goes through before being sold. I didn't have to worry about getting a pre-sale inspection somewhere else. Everything was super clean and the salesman was very confident that our car was road ready. That's what I was looking for! I saw the ad for a 2006 Acura MDX Touring Model SUV on OttoSource's website. I had been looking for a luxury SUV for awhile and this one seemed to good to be true. The price was great, the pictures looked fantastic and the CARFAX indicated a two owner car that had received excellent service from an ...Acura Dealer. I called OttoSource and talked to Daniel. I asked him to walk around the car and tell me anything he saw that I might not be able to see in the pictures. He did this and told me about a few dings and some very small hail dents on the top above the windshield. Otherwise it was near perfect. I decided to take a chance and took a Greyhound Bus from Abilene to Dallas to see the car. Daniel met me at the bus station in the Acura. It was everything that he said it was and it drove like a dream. When we got to OttoSource, I spotted 3 Lexus RX models that looked equally nice. I asked him if I could drive them and encourage me to and let me take them out on my own. I drove them and came back to the Acura and drove it again. I finally decided on it. Daniel was very patient and answered all of my questions about each car and even pointed out a couple of defects that I had not noticed. He spent nearly 3 hours with me. Needless to say I am a happy camper. The Acura had been flawless for over two weeks now and drives better than any car that I have ever driven including my daughter's Porsche Cayenne S. OttoSource has a great inventory of excellent used cars. They appear to really do their research before buying them. I would buy another car from them and would recommend them to my family and friends. Show more

Painless process. The car was exactly as described. I thought my financing was set up but it fell through at the last minute and they were very good at helping me look. We got it all squared away and was in and out very quickly once we got the financing done. I have already recommended them to peopl...e and will continue to do so.
