Great positive reviews is what called my attention initially to come to Ottosource. It's been a pleasure dealing with these guys, I went to different dealers on my search for a new car but Ottosource was by far the best and more accomodating in quality of their vehicles, price and financing options.

I went to check out a Lexus for my brother in law and I end up buying a car for myself!!! I couldn't help it, they were really professional and courteous since the beginning! they explain me everything I need it to know about the vehicle and went over everything with them. I'm extremely picky when it comes to buy my vehicles. I usually take my time to do all the research that is need it and then make my decision. On average I would visit at least 4 dealers to make sure I'm making the right decision. This is the second time in 3 years that after all the research and vi...sits to several dealers I have end up buying from Ottosource again. They have by far the best prices and quality on their vehicles. They inspect them completely and give me a nationwide warranty included on the price. They are always super friendly and helpful in every way, I will definelty recommend them to anyone I know. Most importantly from now on I'll just come straight to them when I get my third car. It's our second vehicle from them, we could not be happier! Price and quality of their vehicles are unbeatable. I always shop and look around other dealers but I always end up buying from them. I want to begin by thanking Brian Bishop and Mike Stein who were both the quintessential salespersons. They made the car buying process easy and fun. They welcomed my boyfriend and I with friendly greetings and salutations and by no means were they pushy. Although I called in advance to check out o...ne particular vehicle, Brian went above and beyond customer service. He asked if we had been there before and if we would like to take a tour of the lot. I was looking for a newer vehicle for my wife and found this dealer online with a nice selection at the best prices. So I sent a email and received quick responses back from ( Mike the salesman) on the vehicle we were interested in. This was our first vehicle bought out of state , but we drove 8 hrs... to Dallas , Tx to look at it. We test drove the land rover and decided it wasn't for us, because we travel a lot . So we test drove a 2011 BMW X5 and decided it fit our needs, but it through a check engine fault during the test drive. The dealer sent it to BMW place at no cost to us and agreed to have it shipped to our home address at no cost to us. The owner even drove the truck home to verify repairs were made correctly and wouldn't happen again. These people really want you satisfied with your vehicle you select. We received the vehicle in our home town a week later in excellent condition. My wife and I are pleased with everything this dealer done for us and will be using them in the future. Bought a used car here -- they were pretty upfront about the process, extremely polite and good about getting back to people. They don't negotiate for that long -- pretty fixated on their prices, but were polite and nice about it. We agreed on some repairs, they worked hard to get the financing done... at a good rate, I came back and signed the paperwork and they'd done exactly as they said they would. Great experience. I live in Houston and found the car I was looking for at their location in Dallas. The employee I dealt with went through the process with me over the phone. He did not try to haggle with me or hard-sell me (which was a relief). He ended up driving halfway to Houston to meet me with the car.
